Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Items must be free of pet hair, dirt, or odor
• Items must be in original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important Hygiene Notice

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or tried on pets. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Clothing worn by pets
• Harnesses, collars, and leashes that show signs of use
• Boots with outdoor wear
• Toys that have been chewed or used

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
  
• Used pet items (for hygiene reasons)

Size & Fit Responsibility

Please carefully review our size guide before purchasing. 

We are not responsible for sizing issues if the correct size was ordered based on the provided measurements.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, simply place a new order for the correct item and return the original one (if eligible). This helps us process your request faster and ensures you receive the right item as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
